Who runs Core Sanitation Units?
Core Sanitation Units is owned and run by Core from a yard in Cortez, Colorado. Core handles dispatch, quotes and route planning. The same small crew delivers, services and picks up every unit, so the person who quotes your rental can tell you exactly when the truck will come.
- Local operator, not a call-center broker
- Standard, flushing and wheelchair-accessible units, hand washing stations and restroom trailers
- Service area of about 80 road miles across Colorado, Utah and New Mexico
- Waste hauled to approved disposal sites under Colorado Regulation 43
How do we work?
We work by four rules: give one itemized quote with no fees added later, show up on the day we promised, keep units clean with weekly service, and pick up when you call. If something goes wrong, call and the owner fixes it.
See what we rent on the porta potty units page, check the towns we deliver to, or read our rental terms. Questions? Call (970) 239-2060.

Send your delivery ZIP, dates, unit type and headcount. We text or email an itemized quote with every line shown, usually within one business hour during open hours. A phone call is faster, and most bookings are done in under five minutes.
