(970) 239-2060How fast can a porta potty reach towns outside Cortez?
Cortez, Lewis, Towaoc, Dolores and Mancos are the closest stops and get the fastest same-day times. Durango, Dove Creek and Shiprock are about 40 to 45 miles out and usually same-day for morning calls. Farmington, Monticello, Bluff and Telluride depend on that day's routes; when same-day is full, delivery is the next morning.
| Town | Approx. road miles from Cortez | Same-day chance |
|---|---|---|
| Lewis, Towaoc, Dolores | 9–11 | Best |
| Mancos, Pleasant View | 17–20 | Best |
| Dove Creek, Hesperus, Shiprock | 35–40 | Good for morning calls |
| Durango, Rico | 45–49 | Good for morning calls |
| Monticello, Farmington, Bayfield | 59–70 | Route-dependent |
| Bluff, Blanding, Telluride, Aztec | 63–80 | Route-dependent |
What should I have ready for a same-day porta potty?
Have the full address or a GPS pin, the number and type of units, the spot where each should go, and a gate code if needed. Clear a level spot near where the truck can park, and keep cars out of the path. Text a photo of the spot to (970) 239-2060 so the driver can set the unit even if nobody is home.
Questions before you book
Is there an extra charge for same-day delivery?
Some same-day orders carry a rush charge when a truck has to leave its route. Any same-day charge is listed on your quote before you pay, and many Cortez-area orders have none.
Can I get a porta potty today if I call after noon?
Calls after noon are added if a truck is still nearby, so call anyway. If today's routes are full, you get the first stop of the next morning.
Do you deliver same day on Saturday?
Same-day delivery runs Monday through Saturday. Call by noon on Saturday for a Saturday drop. Sunday orders go out first thing Monday.
Can I get a wheelchair-accessible unit same day?
Wheelchair-accessible units and flushing units are fewer in number, so same-day is not always possible. Standard units are nearly always available for same-day.
