What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your delivery ZIP, phone number, dates, unit type, quantity and headcount. When you book, we also collect the delivery address, placement notes, photos you text us, and a payment card handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, pick up and bill your rental, and to send reminders about that rental. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Form processing
Website quote requests are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Their handling of form data is described in the Web3Forms privacy policy.
Phone calls and texts
Calls and texts to our number may be logged so we can follow up on your rental. Reply STOP to any reminder text to end reminders.
Retention
We keep rental records for as long as tax and business rules require, then delete them.
