What is inside a restroom trailer?

A restroom trailer has separate stalls with flushing toilets, vanity sinks with running water, mirrors, LED lights, a fan and soap and towel dispensers. Our two-stall trailers have a separate door and steps for each side, so one side can be marked for women and one for men. The restroom trailer feels like an indoor bathroom.

What does a restroom trailer need on site?

A restroom trailer needs a level spot about 10 by 20 feet, a truck path 12 feet wide, and a standard 20-amp outlet within 100 feet or a quiet generator. A garden hose connection is helpful but optional, because the trailer has its own fresh-water tank for a one-day event. Gravel or packed dirt works; soft wet lawn does not.

  • Level within a few inches; we carry leveling blocks
  • 20-amp, 110-volt outlet on its own circuit, or a generator
  • Hose bib within 100 ft for multi-day use
  • Truck path free of low branches, arches and soft ground

Is a restroom trailer worth it over flushing porta potties?

A restroom trailer is worth it for formal weddings, events where guests are dressed up, and long events where people use the restroom many times. Flushing porta potties cost much less and need no power. Many Four Corners ranch weddings use one trailer for guests and one standard unit for the catering and band crew.

Questions before you book

How many guests can a two-stall restroom trailer serve?

A two-stall restroom trailer serves about 100 guests over a 6-hour event before it needs pumping. For 150 or more guests, add a second trailer or a pair of flushing porta potties.

Is the restroom trailer wheelchair-accessible?

Our restroom trailers have steps, so they are not wheelchair-accessible. Pair the trailer with a wheelchair-accessible porta potty placed next to it on level ground.

Can the restroom trailer be used in winter?

Restroom trailers have heat and can be used in cool weather when power is on the whole time. In hard freezes, we winterize the lines before travel and recharge them on site, so allow extra setup time.

When is the trailer delivered and picked up?

We deliver a restroom trailer the day before the event to level it and test power and water. Pickup is the next business day. Saturday events usually get a Friday setup and a Monday pickup.
