How does a monthly porta potty rental work?
A monthly porta potty rental bills every 28 days and includes one service visit each week. The first cycle includes delivery. The rental renews until you call or text for pickup, and pickup follows within one to two business days. Nothing is removed without your request, and you can extend without a new contract.
| Rental length | Service | How billing works |
|---|---|---|
| 1–28 days | Weekly | One 28-day cycle, includes delivery |
| 29–56 days | Weekly | Second cycle at the renewal rate |
| Season (3–6 months) | Weekly | Cycles renew until you call |
| Year-round | Weekly or more | Ask about a site account |

(970) 239-2060Can I rent a porta potty for my home while the septic or sewer is fixed?
Homeowners in Cortez rent a porta potty when a septic tank fails, a leach field floods, a sewer line is replaced or a water main breaks. Same-day delivery is common for these calls. A flushing unit with a sink is the more comfortable choice for a family using it daily; a standard unit covers a short repair.

Who rents porta potties long-term around Cortez?
Long-term porta potty renters around Cortez include home builders and remodelers, ranches and farms during harvest and calving, hunting and river camps, trailheads, rural churches, RV and tiny-home sites without hookups, and offices during plumbing work. Each gets the same weekly service and 28-day billing.

Questions before you book
Is monthly cheaper than weekly?
Long rentals cost less per day because delivery is paid once. After the first 28-day cycle, renewals are billed at a lower rate since there is no new delivery.
Can I get service every two weeks instead of weekly?
Weekly service is the standard because waste and odor build up even with light use. Very light-use sites, such as a gate or a vacant lot with under 10 uses a week, can ask; we will tell you honestly if it will work.
Will I be billed if I forget to call for pickup?
Billing renews each 28 days until you request pickup. We send a reminder by text a few days before each renewal so you can end the rental on time.
Can my landlord or contractor pay for the unit?
Another person can pay. We text the payment link to whoever is paying and send the receipt to both of you.
Can you place a unit at an RV or tiny home site?
Rural RV and tiny-home sites without sewer hookups often rent a unit for months at a time. Pick a spot the truck can reach weekly year-round, including after snow.
