How do Shiprock weather and terrain affect a porta potty rental?
Shiprock sits on open high desert below 5,000 feet, hotter and windier than Cortez. Units are staked on open ground and get extra deodorizer in summer heat. Homesite roads can turn to mud after rain, so place units near the firmest part of the road.
How much does porta potty rental cost in Shiprock?
In Shiprock, a porta potty (also called a porta john or portable toilet) starts at $175 for a standard event unit or $195 per 28 days on a job site. The 40-mile drive from Cortez adds a modest trip charge that several units on one truck can share. A quote for family ceremony, 200 guests, 2 days would list 6 standard units + 2 hand wash stations, service between days, the trip and tax on one page.
